customized setting of specific date

On some days of the year such as public holidays, the shop can have different opening time, pick-up time, pick-up timeslot etc, currently we can only temporarily change the general setting of the weekday (such as Tuesday) and have to remember to change back after closing the shop on the day. It will be great to have option to customize the setting of specific date.

You can already do this without changing your weekday hours and remembering to switch them back. Use special dates (holiday exceptions) to override hours for specific dates.
For store operating hours: go to Settings → General → Operating Hours, turn on Add special date, then add the holiday date and set the special hours (use the + to add more dates). Make sure you save on the main page so it publishes to your storefront.
For pickup, you can also block specific dates using Location → Blackout Dates (pick a date or drag to select a range, then save and publish).
If you’re importing hours, exceptions can override weekly hours for specific date ranges.
