Exclude products using tags for pickup availability

I have a list of products that are dropship only and have a "Dropship" tag. I need a way to exclude these products from being displayed as available for pick-up. Currently, the system only allows tagging products to include them for pickup, but not to exclude them. It would be beneficial to have an exclusion tag feature to hide tagged products from pickup availability.

For a small subset of pickup-eligible products, the cleanest setup is to use a dedicated pickup-only warehouse (location) in Shopify, not tags.
Do this:
Create a Shopify location like “Pickup Only Products Warehouse”.
Stock only the products that can be picked up at that location (leave dropship-only products with no inventory there).
In our app, enable that location for pickup, and keep other locations disabled for pickup.
This way, pickup availability is controlled by actual inventory, so your “Dropship” tag won’t need to be used for pickup rules at all.
